Some say this is a disease. I think we just need to breathe, exhale anxiety. Soon enough we'll see no matter what life puts us through we must stand tall and true not wait idly by for a reaching-hand-rescue. I was sealed away in my cave and I lost hope then found myself in sight of a swinging rope. Then I fell to my knees and it dawned on me all I need to do is breathe, inhale deeply. Just Breathe.
